　　星报讯(惠振刚) 巢湖市居巢公安分局民警历时两年，辗转5省，行程5000公里，日前终于在四川成都将在逃盗窃嫌疑人杨某抓获。

　　2008年6月，杨某在巢城一家企业盗窃铝合金门窗和少量电焊线后潜逃，居巢警方将其列为追捕对象。两年来，民警南下羊城，北上兰州，追逃足迹遍布6省12市。7月9日，终于在四川省成都市的一个农贸市场内将杨某抓获。

　　杨某盗窃所得财物折合成现金，价值不足4000元，然而警方历时两年，横跨6省，仅差旅费就花费了一万多元，这样破案到底值不值？当地居民众说不一。然而，被盗企业的负责人说：“案子破了，挽回的不仅仅是经济损失，更是我们的安全感，是企业对一个地方的投资信心。”巢湖市公安局副局长、居巢分局局长戴尉华表示：“算经济账，这实属一笔亏本买卖。但算一笔平安大账，却是警方赢得了口碑，企业赢得了信心，群众多了安全感。”

　　本报讯 昨日16时许，长春市宽城区新月村三合屯发生一起意外事件。65岁的村民李景元家的房子、温室、大棚在今年5月13日被强拆，因为没有拿到赔偿金，李景元和老伴拒不搬出。7月10日，李景元一家开始重新搭建房屋，宽城区行政执法局、拆迁办以及开发商方面的工作人员来到现场进行阻止，李景元情急之下往自己的身上泼了汽油并点燃自焚。

　　为要补偿 拒不搬走

　　省武警医院烧伤科重症监护病房门外，李景元的儿子李占来正在焦急地等待着。李占来说，父亲从1985年搬到新月村三合屯(新月大队5委154组)，承包大棚搞种植。他们有集体土地的承包合同，现在每年都享受直补。拆迁之前，他们家有120平方米的房子、100多平方米的温室和1亩多地的大棚，另外还有一些小棚子。

　　从去年开始，新月村三合屯拆迁，今年年前，道南的房子、大棚都拆了，今年年初开始拆李景元家所在的道北的房子和大棚。“从开始拆迁到我们家被强拆，开发商从来都没有找我们谈过赔偿的问题。”李占来说，开发商是隆泰(音)房地产开发公司，今年5月13日，宽城区行政执法局和拆迁办的工作人员来到这里，将李家的房子、温室、大棚强拆。因为没有拿到赔偿金，李景元和老伴拒不搬出，在原地支起帐篷。虽然房子没有房照，但李景元一家认为他们应该得到相应的补偿。

　　从5月14日到现在，李景元一家曾多次找到宽城区政府等相关部门，但问题一直没有得到解决。

　　建房受阻 情急自焚

　　据李占来讲，目前，只有包括他家在内的两三家村民还坚守在原地，其余的人都搬了，而搬走的人都拿到了相应的补偿。“开发商真的没找我们谈过，更别说什么补偿方案。”

　　“我的父母已经在帐篷里住了两个月了，现在天天下雨，帐篷里实在住不下去了！”李占来说。为了有个遮风挡雨的地方，7月10日开始，李景元一家开始建房。11日16时许，李占来和两个姐姐及父母正在干活时，来了10多个人阻止他们盖房，其中包括4名穿着行政执法局制服的人和几名拆迁办的工作人员以及开发商的人。

　　李占来说：“他们上前阻止我们盖房，还拉扯我父亲，我父亲情急之下就往自己身上泼了汽油。汽油是给自家摩托车加油剩下的。我父亲对他们说‘你们要是拆房，我就点着’，可是对方根本不听，我父亲一下子就把身上的汽油点着了！”

　　看见父亲李景元自焚，李占来马上找来棉被，将父亲身上的火扑灭，但此时，李景元已经被严重烧伤。李占来马上拨打了120急救电话，将父亲送到了医院。就在李占来等人离开后，阻止盖房的人将此处再次夷为平地。

　　李景元的主治医生说，李景元全身烧伤面积近30%，虽然面积不是特别大，但烧伤的部分主要集中在头部、颈部，现在李景元的气管已经切开，耳朵肯定已经毁了，伤势很严重。

　　宽城区住房和城乡建设局：

　　事发突然 做好善后

　　昨日21时40分，记者致电长春市宽城区住房和城乡建设局的一位相关负责人杨广文，他说，李景元家的情况他比较了解，李景元确实是新月村的村民，但他的房子没有房照。李景元也确实承包了温室和大棚，但对方要求给的补偿太高，“好像是要几套房子。”

　　杨广文说，今年5月13日，按照正常的法律程序，宽城区行政执法局、住建局等多部门联合对新月村三合屯进行了强拆，当时李景元就要点煤气罐，但没能阻止拆迁。

　　杨广文表示，他已经知道了李景元自焚的事，“这事挺突然的，事发后，相关领导也非常重视，指示要做好善后工作。”他说，11日下午，拆迁办和执法局的人是想去和李景元谈一谈，但没想到发生这样的事。事后，他和相关领导已经赶到医院，“目前最主要的是先把人治好。”
